Saw the umbrella wiper at Mid-Valley in Johor Bahru. I walked past it and came back to take a photo. That’s the perfect example of absorbent ability to teach my kids, whether they are related to me by blood or profession haha.

The next day, I saw this tissue dispenser on every table at the Kopitiam outlet at Khoo Teck Puat Hospitai. I have never seen such thoughtfulness at a food court in Singapore! This is exactly the kind of initiative we need if we are to encourage more people to become parents!

I guess I could link the tissue to absorbency to make this post coherent. Though I think the salient takeaway is: I hope to have enough presence of mind to notice these small things that make a place novel in the future. Better still, integrate small things that make my classroom stand out from the crowd and showcase a distinctively Sensei experience.
