Define "win"

The USA and its military-industrial complex will.be the only winner.

Others have covered it already, but the only winners are nefarious crony weapons manufacturers.

Otherwise, war is the destruction and misallocation of scarce resources.

Neither.

All this is doing is letting the military industrial complex test weapons to kill more people. I cannot imagine that everyday people getting hauled off to the war front want their corrupt leaders to continue this. (And yes both countries' leadership are corrupt, money-laundering kleptocrats just getting their people killed).

I think a better question is who gets what they want? Russia! Soon they will move toward Kyiv and when they are at the outskirts Ukraine will finally negotiate. Russia gets the regions it wanted (donetsk, luhansk, kherson) in return for pulling back and there will be peace

I assume a “win” for UA would be if Russia removed itself from all of the claimed territory (incl. Crimea).

My guess is, it will be forever war. Not literally "forever" but never officially end but fizzle out over decades into guerilla wars, small skirmishes, suicide bombings etc.
