Yes, is good that you have the intention to not pay taxes. But the reason invoked is stupid and also not having any strategy of "how not to pay taxes"...

Avoiding means breach of contract (bad - that's why many goes to jail).
Rebut means you break their authority at all (you are not going to jail because you didn't commit any crime or breach of contract).
Is not the same thing.
