I'm from NY, so I think the food everywhere else is terrible. But, I have spent a lot of time in DC over the years. The food really is pretty bad. I hate to say this, but the restaurant currently at the IMF is probably the best I have ever eaten at in DC. The location made me sick. I wanted to post a photo of the building that I snapped after dinner, but I still struggle with markdown. I followed the rule but still no luck.
