I try not to take the electrolyte products cause I can’t be bothered checking what kind of shit’s being added.
72-hour fast after a heavy carnivore meal, few cups of coffee in the morning, non-caffeinated tea throughout the day, adding salt to the water and magnesium glycenate at night.

Not a coffee drinker, so that is not an issue.
No saltwater/electrolytes, a lot of discussion about that online, but I've never felt the need. Many of them are sweet, and I think fasting should be a discipline test, and having something sweet is not smart IMO.
I will break my fast with a broth.
