Simple price levers are probably the most preferred type of policy. Especially if they don't involve much red tape.

Simple price levers are probably the most preferred type of policy. Especially if they don't involve much red tape.
Seems like overall it was a good policy, but I have no doubt the NY Times and the researchers here are biased in favor of it. You can only find what you set out to look for.
