LN is still far from capable of providing a mass scaled alternative to fiat upon any future collaspe of fiat.
Who are you trying to scale it for? It scales enough for everyone currently using it. The people who still don't get it just have to cycle through bankruptcy and accept whatever system they can scramble together in the aftermath. There's no preventing the collapse. The success of BTC and the collapse of government-issued currency are the same process.

WRONG.
@DarthCoin is complaining that if he attached a LN wallet the number of transactions would stress his LN node and cost him in terms of time and effort to keep sufficient liquidity- this is one of the reasons he has given for not attaching wallets- so it is clear that if @DarthCoin struggles to use sats on an everyday basis the LN is NOT yet scaled sufficiently and the fact that @DarthCoin is not using sats because his node cannot handle it is very concerning because if @DarthCoin finds LN insufficient to enable easy convenient BTC/LN daily payments who the fuck can?
Of course if you use coinos ap or WoS it is quite possible for many of us to attach a wallet and to thus be supporting both the development and liquidity of those wallets and of the entire LN protocol- but @DarthCoin and his sock puppets refuse to acknowledge this because it shows how obstructive and and counterproductive their stance really is.
If we do not use LN it will not develop- it will die.
The apathy and laziness of @DarthCoin and his sock puppets is holding back the development of a strong easy to use LN. They are undermining the development of P2P LN BTC MoE.
Never zap these lazy hypocrits who preach like Maxis but act like fiat debt slavery Patsys by not attaching a BTC LN wallet.

What is needed is to support and grow the LN to the point where it is capable.
If even @DarthCoin with his undisputed technical skill struggles to keep his LN node liquidity sufficient to conveniently use sats for zaps here on SNs how the fuck are plebs going to manage to transition to LN???
By using sats to zap here on SNs we can all support the devs and wallets and infrastructure needed to build the LN up to the point where it is a ready, capable and attractive alternative to fiat.
LN is not there yet and BTC Maxi hypocrits like @DarthCoin who claim loudly to 'live on the bitcoin standard' but who at the same time refuse to participate and support the growth of LN capacity here on SNs are not helping.
