I used to have insomnia occasionally. I'd wake up in the middle of the night, and not be able to get back to sleep for 2, 3, or 4 hours.

A couple months after starting the carnivore diet, I realized, "hey...I never wake up at night anymore".

I've also been on carnivore for about two weeks now and I was doing keto for a few months before that.

The amount of things I've heard that have gotten better for people are wild
