The thing is, hardly none of those vibe coded apps will survive, because they are not maintainable. Once people start trying to add features and fix bugs, it will collapse into a broken mess.

Having said that, I think it could be possible that humans no longer do specific development task, things like writing UI's or API boilerplate could be a thing of the past.

Future vibe coders will still need to understand proper development architecture to use AI in a maintainable way. Basically we're moving full-circle. Knowledge of specific languages are less important, but the ability to write proper specs is more important.
