Only bad things depend on government subsidies.
So how will USA rebuild refined rare earths supply chains?

It was statism that enabled parasitic individuals to succeed. If feminists had to compete for influence in a free market by providing goods and services, they would have starved. It's the irrationality of the tax code that allowed them to force their morality onto the rest of the country.
It doesn't matter whether the ticket to entry is a law degree or an engineering degree. It's still central planning. It's still a system where building things comes second to political scheming, because the engineer who focuses solely on engineering has to take orders from a partisan sellout.
I think you're conflating statism with hierarchy. Just because there's no state doesn't mean hierarchical roles won't exist. They would exist voluntarily with conditions.
Again, not everything needs government subsidies to exist. Only bad things depend on government subsidies.
