nope. limiting means thehy are limitinng the free speech not the freedom.
Freedom cannot be seized, limited or banned. That happen only in your mind.
You are born with freedom and the whole life you must defend it.

I don't get how you're seeing it like that. To me, 'freedom' is more about gov laws, like, it's a legal thing.
