Can one sell prepaid crypto wallets/seed phrases on Amazon or other marketplaces? I've read Amazon/Ebay terms and didn't find any constraints for this.

Why not? You sell a wallet and right after a purchase buyer spends all it's outputs.

It's just a way to on-ramp no-coiners without KYC or lengthy validations. It could work for Bitcoin as well as for any other shitcoin, what's the problem do you see?

If I understand correctly it's a platform for offline voucher sales, it's great but somewhat different from what I want.
