That is the fiat maxi mentality talking... You are buying BTC to sell it later for fiat? Or you want to use it as money and get rid of all fiat, banksters and govs?

For more you use BTC as money, stronger will be.
For more you still use fiat as money, more time you will suffer in your debt slavery and tyranny.
Is just a matter of time until more merchants will accept it.

It's won, but will take a decade to pac-man a good chunk of the world. It's the money/currency pairing btc/usd that's really going to do the damage though. These two will develop an exceedingly more intimate relationship. Invincible 21st century industrial money. Most can't see that or why its tether to energy is the recycling mechanism of doom for all global value.
Legal tender is unnecessary. Larger market cap will come in time, as will more usage.
