Are they rare? Are you speaking of a particular date? I remember seeing them as a kid when we went to Niagara Falls, or at least I think I did. What year did they go out of circulation?
Not in circulation but I think my mom has a couple of those as part of a collection from when my grandfather passed. I would have to look through it next time I am at their house but looks very familiar.
