Taking down traffic lights is a simple minor change that will make people to change their mind about how they are ruled by the state.

Learning to say a simple "I do not consent" or "No" to any state bully is also a minor change in people behavior.

Learning how to stop demanding more fiat is also a simple minor change in people behavior.

I didn’t think chaos was the point. 

I’m saying it might be harder to convince people of minor changes than it is for the entire thing to collapse in on itself.
