Abstract

This paper establishes a structural invariant linking exercise physiology and finite poset mutation dynamics.

We show that lactate accumulation in metabolic systems corresponds exactly to accumulated irreversibility in mutation sequences on finite posets.

By introducing a lactate operator on mutation paths and a feedback-biased mutation process, we obtain a phase transition between reversible (elastic) and irreversible (plastic) structural regimes.

The antichain emerges as an absorbing high-entropy state analogous to metabolic collapse. Two appendixes explore crystallization correspondence and explicit computation of critical feedback thresholds for small finite posets.
