I use Blue wallet as my ‘hot’ wallet and it was easy to fund the custodial lightning wallet using the ‘refill’ feature.
Now that Blue will discontinue the custodial wallet I have started to use Wallet of Satoshi. Only issue is trying to fund it as my exchange I normally use does not have lightning withdrawals yet. Think I might download Muun wallet also and use that to do lightning payments into Wallet of Satoshi? Any other suggestions?
Wallet Satoshi is the best at the moment.

That's unfortunate (for them). Consider another exchange, for moving funds from fiat into bitcoin on LN:
Exchanges with support for Lightning Network https://cointastical.github.io/Exchanges-With-LN
Otherwise there are swap methods (e.g, FixedFloat), as well (see the "crypto-to-crypto" section in the above list).
You can even use on-chain bitcoin as a payment method when "buying" bitcoin on RoboSats. Or you can sell your on-chain bitcoin on HodlHodl and specify LN as the payment method that you would receive.

Yep I’ve started looking at other exchange options, but keen to see how well Peach goes when it’s released to public soon, looks like it will be a nice p2p option

Wallet of Satoshi supports on chain Bitcoin deposits too. Just choose "Receive" and select the Bitcoin icon at the bottom for an on-chain address
