Condo, townhouse, and multi-unit markets went down quite a bit. Single houses got hit too, but not as bad as the multi-unit markets. Although the super expensive market also hit pretty bad. But the low to mid range single house markets not down as bad. But yes, the whole market is down overall.

In your dreams man. Anything with a freehold land title in North Van goes for at least 1.5mil, even if it's just land value with a piece of shit building on top. You're seriously underestimating the amount of monetization that went into the Vancouver real estate market.
