No. Cashback is a % of how much you spend and that % is going back to you, not to others.

That’s exactly what I freaking said, damn it! Yeah, but all the cashback payments come out of the same account (pool) from the payer! hahaha

Cashback is just a percentage (not 100%) of your purchase that gets paid out from the payer’s pool.
