I get a little confused on this point. The miner is Bob Burnett's Barefoot Mining but they point their hash at OCEAN's pool.

Yeah, from what I gather it is Barefoot Mining Company, a large and early investor in Ocean, successfully found a block using their own block template within Ocean's mining pool.
