I've watched recently this movie from 2017, with Tom Cruise in the role of a pilot, participating in CIA covert operations in LATAM and in parallel being the pilot for Pablo Escobar.
Very good movie and especially the last moments of the movie, where the CIA operative is proposing a new kind of operations in Iran, after the whole LATAM job "failed".
