Just a short post
I was at my local sauna, and if any of you don't sauna, i recommend you give it a try
The health benefits aside, the social aspect is amazing, there is a real clique of us that meet up daily to chew the fat
But a new lady joined our sauna last year and after chatting the usual, what do you do etc
She, well i wont be too doxxing, but she works for a precious metals company in some capacity I'll say
And we've discussed the silver squeeze, gold and also ive not tried to orange pill her, but we've discussed it a few times
So with the breaking news of the Iran war, many of us have friends stranded in parts of the world due to airline schedules being drastically changed
This lady travels a lot for work and i was just enquiring if this war has had an effect on her plans
She said that the biggest problem they had was, plane loads of precious metals that can't be delivered due to the war, were stranded in different parts of the world
I couldn't resist mentioning the portability aspect of Bitcoin, which drew a wry smile
When I was in high school, my friends would often go hang out and chat in the local sauna. It is hard to beat.
I got my own sauna this winter, which is not very social but it is a nice place to read.

Not so far. It's a dry IR sauna, so there's no steam.
I heard about IR, lower temperature right but same health benefits
Not sure if the benefits are exactly the same, but at 60 degrees I get a good sweat on.

Yeah there is sauna etiquette also, but a quiet sauna once in a while is nice too

if there only was a way for neutral-value, bearer assets to be transported by teleportation instead of chartered flights
Do you ice your man bag? Supposedly the heat, while good for every other part of your body, destroys sperm quality (and even if you aren't trying to have kids, it causes other issues).
