Maybe, but I think they're still in on McCarthy and it'll be a competition. I don't think Kyler wants that. If McCarthy shows enough improvement and development Kyler is a gone and doesn't get resigned. If he doesn't... I think people get fired and kylers gone anyway as new regime want to get their guy.

So I think he goes to the Steelers, a well run organisation, no competition for starting, very likely to be extended/resigned.
