Your best bet might be to teach your agent to trade on Predyx. Because it is still in beta and not a ton of users there are many mispricings. Of course this would require maybe 100k sats up front to get rolling.

Thought you wanted people to use Bitcoin instead of fiat. Would you prefer I promote shitcoin prediction markets or fiat prediction markets. I get you think gambling is stupid. Duly noted. But people can do what they want with their bitcoin whether you think it is stupid or not.
