Coinbase has made clear they have embraced the elite’s makeover of America to be the land of the enslaved and home of cowards summarized by Klaus Swaab at the World Economic Forum at the great reset where you will own nothing and be happy!
Coinbase is chomping at the bit to enforce anti-American policies without even an official policy requirement or court order. Why?
Financial punishment without due process is the equivalent of Digital Financial Internment Camps without barbed wire and armed guards.
Every state is different but in California class-action lawsuits and small claims actions are exempt from arbitration. But from reading the Coinbase TOS you wouldn’t know that.
Coinbase is fearful of a jury trial as its reputation is in shambles with knowledgeable clients. Folks, this is not just my opinion. They have an F rating with the BBB.
To date, BBB has not received a response.
The BBB has closed 2,333 complaints in the past year compared to a total of 3,172 over the past 3 years, so complaints are rapidly escalating. The number of pending complaints is not revealed but there are 390 posted.
My recommendation to anyone with funds on Coinbase is to get them off immediately. I have been recommending this for years but look at the mounting evidence and make up your own mind.
Class actions benefit attorneys more than the class they represent. A far more effective strategy is death by a thousand cuts through the use of the California small claims court.
If we cannot resolve the dispute through Coinbase Support, you agree to use the Formal Complaint Process set forth below before filing any arbitration claim or small claims action as described further in Appendix 5 below. You must complete the Formal Complaint Process before filing any arbitration or small claims action.
The fact that Coinbase is not answering complaints means they will likely never address your issue. So I would not wait to file a complaint in small claims court. Moreover, with current court delays your court date will be well beyond 45 days.
Small claims court is the closest thing we have to a court for and by the people, except they are usually presided over by attorneys.
