Yeah, I love the boar meat. So really needs a powerful bow for 70lbs. I know they have a thick skin, I skinned some of them in my life (not hunted by me, just get them as gift from hunters).

Is it easy to get closer to them waiting with the bow or they can sense you from distance? I suppose you cannot shoot from a longer distance with the bow, it loses the force, right?

The fuckers (are 3, not so big) were playing around my cabin one night and thrash away all my stuff. Destroyed also some plants I had.

Yeah, bow hunting is a stealth, close in hunt. It helps to not smell like human civilization. We use tree it elevated stands for deer and near hog traps.
