I love it. These Lakers are the story of Round 1.

Lebron has my begrudging respect. He's already had it for a number of years, but he has more of it now I guess.

reply

Yeah, the longer this goes on the harder it is to not admire what he's doing.

reply

IMO Bron is the GOAT career is just not the peak GOAT MJ or the Ring GOAT Mr. Bill Russell

reply

We should probably understand it like "What would be the draft order of guys, if you get them for their entire career?"

Lebron goes first over Jordan, because you get so many more high level seasons and he's more positionally versatile. The second point isn't a huge deal, but you can build more kinds of teams around Lebron because he can play 1-5.

Jordan is the best at his position by the widest margin though, which is going to push someone like Kareem down the draft board.

Wembayama taking BJJ and not falling like a dork, i honestly can envision in couple years being the GOAT peak

reply

Maybe so. I'd say he's still not at the peak-big level that Hakeem, Shaq, and Kareem reached.

If Wemby is back he will loose his first to Boston, revenge season next year, first back to back champ of the decade and you'll agree with me

I think so.

reply

Stupid Rockets. I don’t know why I keep getting tricked into thinking that team is good.

reply

I know the feeling. I would've gone Lakers in 5 if not for the injuries.

reply

idk if 5, but I definitely would not have been confident in rockets at all

reply

I was really low on this Rockets team but clearly not low enough

But in the picks contest most took Rockets right? I'm guilty

reply

Yes, 5/7 took Rockets and three of us took them in 4 or 5 games

reply

I know Rockets are heading home but I am not going to get fooled again. I am just assuming they are losing in 4. Guilty until proven innocent.

reply

Playoffs heading home, role player's do better, there's hope
