A couple of things...

  1. If it says "insuarance" you're probably being taken for a ride. Insurance is sold because they make money on selling it. There is a reason the casinos want you to come inside and offer you "complimentary" drinks. (At least it can be fun playing in the casino and people watching.)
  2. If it says "guarantee" you can be 99% sure there is no guarantee. I know this says "verfiable", but it reads the same to me.
  3. If it says "Iran" or Iranian, then the truth is almost assuredly the opposite of whatever it's saying explicitly.

Bitcoin as neutral settlement rail for high-risk maritime insurance isn't just a fintech experiment, it's filling a real gap traditional insurers won't touch.
