due-process is actually a cornerstone of democratic governance no?
LOL Democratic Governance.. Why are you changing the subject.. Democracy.. is not "democratic governance" lmao.. Why are you trying to compare 2 different things? hummm lets see.. Websters - Democracy = "a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation, usually involving periodically held free elections".... I see nothing about "democratic governance, or stuff about laws, rights, judiciary........ funny, this sounds like what the people of El Salvador just did... Guess you guys hate Democracy

He doesn't understand all that stuff. He doesn't realize democracy is a complex political system that requires more than just periodic elections. It also involves the protection of individual rights, the rule of law, an independent judiciary, a free and independent press, and mechanisms for holding elected officials accountable to the people.

LMAO excuses.. No it doesn't.. It's why the USA is a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy. You are adding stuff to "Democracy" to try and prove a point. LMAO. "Democracy" has absolutely nothing to do with any of what you said, except the choice of the majority. That's just the made up definition you told yourself in your own head. Like I said. You think you are smart, but it's the opposite. Just because you tell yourself something doesn't make it so.. LMAO
