How are you saving for retirement? What's your biggest frustration when doing so?

currently I save for retirement via a rental property, Roth IRA and pension via USG

Have you considered a Bitcoin ETF for your IRA?

Would framing it as equity instead of money have made you more likely to have a position by now?

reply

I need to look into this more but I think that by doing that I lose all of the independence that bitcoin promises. I think bitcoin has greater value in an alternative store of value rather than an investment product.

you got the basic premise of bitcoin right.

It's a very informative reply, thanks @Acrylater

@SimpleStacker it's informative because it show's he is indeed missing the premise, and that's because Bitcoiners propaganda network is burying the lead. Too much virtue signaling, not enough practicality.

It's independence from the Fed governors and the management decisions of publicly listed megacorps. It's neutral equity. Independence from elastic supply of rental properties and commodities.

He's on the sidelines because he hasn't internalized the profundity ∞/21M, that's the material premise.

Decentralization/censorship resistance only matter because they turn the sanctity of 21M into a Mexican standoff. They are but a means to this far more important end.
