I usually clean my whole house every weekend, but oh man, people won’t stop coming.

In the span of two weeks I got:

  • the house inspection
  • the A/C maintenance
  • another house inspection for some reason

and now my father is coming.

Having two cats I must deep clean the house or it looks dirty. I’m seriously considering buying a robot vacuum atp.

I been pleased with my Roomba

do you have a robot for litter or do the cats do business outside

I wish, I have two litter boxes and I have to clean them almost every day.

The problem with robot litters is that they’re both expensive and kind of dangerous? Some day I’ll get one, I’m not the kind of guy that cleans the litter the moment they use it sadly.

You could try mixing the robot litter sand with some of their used litter, cats should pick up the scent/smell.

It worked with the stray (now mine) cat I brought home, she didn’t want to use ANY litter box, but that worked.

what’s this inspection?

my landlord inspects the house to verify I’m not doing anything illegal or damaging to the house.

honestly he should mind his own business considering how much I pay in rent and the huge deposit I gave him, but eh

Two in less than a month? Is it in the contract? Seems abusive.

Yeah he split a single inspection in two parts because he had to go earlier at the first.

He’s a chill landlord, also because it’s his first time, so it doesn’t bother me that much
