Is there a Nostr airgap signer?

Not sure "airgapped" is practical on Nostr. The amount of authentication required by usable Nostr apps is so large that having to sign each auth manually would make the apps effectively unusable.

LNbits has one remote signer but is not airgapped. It needs wi-fi connection.

I understand that the signature happens on the note, just like a bitcoin transaction, right? You'd need to be online to broadcast it to the relays, but couldn't the event signature itself be done offline?

Demand is high, but for specific events like kind 1, we could have something like this.
