This a joke, right?

give it 40 more years of propaganda, --maybe to the tune of, "those crazy Canadians are conspiring to make a nuke"--, several more military ops and another MAGAlomaniacal octogenarian, and then, maybe, Americans can muster the political will to invade cottage country. But for some reason I doubt it.

Canada’s nukes are the forests you keep burning down at us.

Little known fact: Canada provided the uranium for the Manhattan Project.

The extraction and transport of it was such a mess, the archives of what happened have never been unsealed. Anecdotal histories from the Dene people report multi-generational effects from irradiation. Populations there are so small it is hard to get a reliable sample size.

It probably suited the US better not to deal with mining and extraction, nor did it really suit Canadians, which is why we made the indigenous peoples do it. I guess the buck stops where the cancer-causing industry begins.

It doesn't surprise me. Maybe having neighbouring countries with unlimited guinea-pigs, aligns more with maintaining military superiority?
