I've never understood why people buy these sorts of products. Any company selling them basically has a (customer) list of people that most likely have bitcoin backups stored at home. This creates a robbery, etc risk. Considering how easy and cheap it is to just buy the supplies needed to make your own metal-stamped backup... why open yourself to the risk of buying from one of these companies?
Remember when Ledger lost all their customer data and everyone was upset? Well, Ledger is arguably a WAY more trustworthy and established business than 99% of those that sell these metal backup products.
If you really must use one of these products, at least have the sense to ship it to a PO Box that doesn't include your name, or similar.

Hi this is Chris from Seedor. I've personally been the victim of the ledger hack and thus know about the importance of privacy. We handle client information with the utmost respect and delete everything online in our shop within 30 days and handle everything else entirely offline and inhouse.
Still, we do recommend everybody to provide parcel pickup locations or PO boxes and pay with bitcoin (we even give an additional 5% rebate).
Hard ware store DIY is also a great way to backup your recovery seed, just make sure to not mix stainless steel with zinc plated steel, to avoid galvanic corrosion and look for a capsule in the same material. If you do not have a workshop and are just looking for a convenient sleek solution that comes with all the tools and an anvil, try Seedor, we put a lot of thought into it.
However you decide, I strongly encourage everybody to at least give a thought to properly securing their Bitcoin and do not wait until itcs too late!
