Are you all testing out Wavelength? It's been pretty fun so far.

Made a python CLI wallet, including installing the daemon and confirming offline receive, took 1.5 hours.

Pretty neat stuff imo.

I haven't messed with any of the Ark stuff yet. Why might you use it over something like phoenixd? afaict with the Ark layers, they have online requirements, while getting rid of the cognitive overhead of channels. Is that what you find compelling?

For me the main resistance to self custody lightning like phoenixd is the need to pay for inbound liquidity and the online receive requirements. The Ark implementations mostly fix that (except for the vUTXO requirement in my opinion)

Offline receive working on the first pass is honestly more impressive than the code generation itself.
