I think we can come up with a helpful solution.

yeah or reverse, and you mark certain accounts as friends

So I'll have to live with this burden for the rest of my life then...?

Could we do something like report an account or something? Something that marks it as a "scammer"?

the problem with removing such an account is that we'd be committing to removing variations similar to any given user's name.

Basically I's and l's look very similar. so any name using either would mean banning names that use a look-alike letter.

I wonder if there isn't a good solution to this though.
