Blue states are part of the United States, their residents pay federal taxes, and political disagreement is not “open revolt.”

Your argument is that Americans who vote differently should be treated as enemies, and that denying them grants, disaster relief and equal treatment is justified.

That’s exactly why making political disagreement a test of who belongs is nonsensical and dangerous.

We have no choice, unfortunately. The federal government is at war with communism, and there's enough institutional and grassroots support for communism within the US to coordinate an insurrection. It's not even a matter of intentionally cutting off assistance. We physically can't afford to defend Japan and financially support blue states at the same time.
