I was being sarcastic about Tim Brown, an above average WR at best
edit: you are right that chiefs were no longer a vertical offense w/o Hill
They were lucky in 2022, eagles should have won, in 2023 Ravens choked at home

That's your Chargers bias showing.
When he retired he was 2nd to Rice in pretty much all the career numbers, plus being one of the best returners ever, and he did that with a carousel of absolutely shit QB's through almost his entire career.

Tim had great stats but he was never a great WR

Unless you're arguing that Rice was the first great WR and Moss the second (which I'm open to), that's absurd.
Other than Rice, no one was much better than Brown and they were all in much better situations.
Because they had awesome defenses and Mahomes is incredible. I'm just saying the passing offense tanked without Hill. Same QB, same system, same play caller.
Not as a returner, he won't. Brown wasn't physical like Puka but I do think they're the same kind of dominant. Neither is putting the fear of God in the defense but they both get open exactly when and where they intended to and then catch anything near them.
