Good news is that a 24TB drive weighs a lot less and takes up less space than a physical book, and you need only ~50 of those to mirror all of zlib. (Also doesn't fit in the remaining space in my suitcase.)
It either way would be better if they just accept sats and no KYC crap. Then there's less incentive to obtain information through "other means".
One day, in the not so distant future, Optimism empties the rolled up whiteboards, dried out markers and the remaining memorabilia from that suitcase and becomes the last remaining archive of all the world's books, wandering in search of a successor .....

The closing 20-30 minutes of the first part were a banger. They highlight some connections I wasn't aware of.
I made a note to reserve some time later to figure out a way to automate these good old connection webs, from podcast transcripts, and find supporting evidence to validate the claims. Search automation is such a nice thing. If I had this 30 years ago I would've probably switched careers and become a PI.

I'm thinking about what the least intrusive option is to help them reach a wider audience by removing all this insane KYC and surveillance tech payments options... on an ebook called "The Technocratic Dark State, 2nd Ed." or "One Nation Under Blackmail".
You don't need KYC on an ebook. And offering card and... PAYPAL as the only payment methods... is kinda sad, especially in the context of this podcast and the (presumed, because I'm definitely not giving anyone an address) context of these books.
