Hello brothers, sisters, and children of Earth (and beyond):
Yes, I’ve been thinking a lot about what’s next in my Pokémon journey. Ever since I built my own Game Boy DMG x Raspberry Pi (muaahahaha), I’ve been replaying Pokémon Yellow nonstop. But it wasn’t until a few weeks ago that I immersed myself completely in Kanto: singing the tunes, humming them around the house, and taking my Pokémon to quite literally the next level.
Right now I’m training my team to face Lt. Surge, but I’m a bit stuck:
Should I hit Diglett’s Cave first and then the gym, or go straight for the gym and cave after? I’m just two trainers away from finishing the S.S. Anne, so my next move feels pretty important.
Also, I’m debating whether to use my Moon Stones on Clefairy and Nidorina now. That would bring my Pokédex to 29, just one shy of unlocking the Item Finder. Big decisions for a big quest.
As a trainer, I know I shouldn’t take these choices lightly. And speaking of quests, my husband surprised me with a full set of real-life gym badges. At first I thought he was being a party pooper, but now I love the idea: every time I beat a gym leader in-game, I’ll get the matching badge in real life too.
For now, I've been proudly showing off the first two 😌
I’m super excited. I’m so gonna be the best Pokémon trainer ever. Hehehehee
Anyway, see you later, alligator 🐊
Go for the Diglet cave... getting diglet/dugtrio will make fighting against electric types way easier
Yeah it was a clickbait. Better to include in the title what you’re gonna write about.
Wish you success on your Pokemon trainer journey though.
lol many of those badges are octagons, just to add to the brain injury 😂; of course, one of the indicators of parasitosis psychosis is obssesion with meaningless virtual pokemon jungles in order to shirk away from real-world duties - of which there are plenty, have stackers seen the exorbitant amounts of trash on the streets, not even speaking of human & animal ped0vores? one has to start somewhere, of course, and make the correct helpful actions a habit;
playing for virtual points is psychosis; i wrote about another example of consumption by virtual reality here: #1304693
The joy sprang from your words. Put a smile on my face
