Question is which type of LN address you want to use?

  • cashu
  • NWC

If you want NWC, then just paste a nwc connection in that screen. That NWC is for remote servers (eg your own home node or whatever other NWC service you want to fw the incoming payments to that LN address)

If you want cashu you need to add first a mint and finish the setup of the cashu wallet.

Although it indicates that it's connected to the NWC, it still fails when I try to pay to that address. I tried scanning the QR code and copying and pasting the ln-address.

What would be the best option?

I already had an NWC connection that I use for Amethys. I was told that the connection is working fine, and that I can carry out zaps without any problems from NOSTR. But it keeps failing when I try to access the LN-ADDRESS.

Why might that be?
