Well as for many others, I had to go through several losses before understanding the simple, core values. I played too much with shitcoins and garbages like Celsius, and I even was victim of scammers... now I realize that the plan is dead simple, dead stupid: hold, spend where safe, avoid "free lunches" like hell.
