Nobody pretends to blind. Both are true. it is the reason the all black org exists in the first place,

Exactly...so again, why the need for race-based DEI?

reply

That is race based DEI in full force! This is why you need a dictionary, "very badly!"

reply

Lol, another shift.
We were discussing race-based hiring preferences, and now you've redefined “race-based DEI” to be a black organization developing talented black people and companies recruiting from it.

reply

YOU have been discussing

race-based hiring preferences

ALL by your lonesome!

reply

Wrong, you're the one calling for "fair" representation and now you have overrepresentation, but that's not good enough, so what is?

reply

overrepresentation , black people, and the United States workforce do not mix.

They only mix in the KKK mind, when taking a narrow claim and twisting it to fit a bigoted narrative.

reply

Except we're talking about the federal workforce, where YOUR numbers showed Black workers are about 40% overrepresented relative to their workforce share.

Shifty Yermin trying to switch to the entire US workforce because that fact becomes inconvenient.

So again, if you want “fair representation,” what's the problem here?

reply

Too bad you ignore that I wasn't talking about federal workforce in isolation. It was a narrow claim that the KKK leader is twisting. :-)

See only your cohorts and Justice Roberts think this racist country is colorblind.
