Wrong, you're the one calling for "fair" representation and now you have overrepresentation, but that's not good enough, so what is?

overrepresentation , black people, and the United States workforce do not mix.

They only mix in the KKK mind, when taking a narrow claim and twisting it to fit a bigoted narrative.

reply

Except we're talking about the federal workforce, where YOUR numbers showed Black workers are about 40% overrepresented relative to their workforce share.

Shifty Yermin trying to switch to the entire US workforce because that fact becomes inconvenient.

So again, if you want “fair representation,” what's the problem here?

reply

Too bad you ignore that I wasn't talking about federal workforce in isolation. It was a narrow claim that the KKK leader is twisting. :-)

reply

Lol, YOU introduced the federal workforce as evidence supporting your argument. Now that YOUR numbers show Black workers are about 40% overrepresented there, suddenly examining that evidence is “in isolation.” That's not twisting your claim, it's testing it.

KKK leader doesnt work on me, I'm Asian moron, but you already knew that...you just don't have anything better to call.

reply

why did I use that number? let's see how much you been following my argument? What argument was I supporting with that claim? Big picture now, Not KKK think, Go!

reply

I understood your argument. I just noticed the part that wrecked it and called you out on it...you've been trying to pivot everything since...and now to the Blum thing, thank you for bringing up such a great example! The court made the right call...no racial discrimination for admissions, thanks!

reply

how did I wreck it? exactly how? if you understand the argument, it doesn't it shows that 18% is 140% of 13% and proves that a significant part of the 13% was the concentration in on sector.

reply

It wrecks the idea that the federal needs DEI to achieve representation.
Your numbers show black overrepresentation was reached, so the government doesnt need those policies any more.

I couldn't care less about your ethnicity. The tactics are the same.

reply

Remember, affirmative action got dismantled because a white lawyer tried with a white woman, failed and then said

"I need Asian plaintiffs."
reply

Right...the “tactic” of quoting your own numbers and asking you to reconcile them with your own argument. Terrifying stuff.

So your argument is basically that Asians challenging racial discrimination doesn't count because a white guy helped organize the lawsuit?

Blum's motives don't change the principle, Asian applicants shouldn't be disadvantaged because they're Asian.

reply

Remember you were not his first choice.

He only chose you cause his white woman failed him, but blacks were always the target,
