I understood your argument. I just noticed the part that wrecked it and called you out on it...you've been trying to pivot everything since...and now to the Blum thing, thank you for bringing up such a great example! The court made the right call...no racial discrimination for admissions, thanks!
how did I wreck it? exactly how? if you understand the argument, it doesn't it shows that 18% is 140% of 13% and proves that a significant part of the 13% was the concentration in on sector.
how can it wreck an argument that I never made? show me where I make that argument in the post?
Did I ever say Black federal overrepresentation came from race-based DEI? No.
I explicitly tied it to civil-service rules, employment protections and anti-discrimination enforcement.
My DEI point was separate: this administration is also dismantling other pathways designed to widen opportunity.
You keep combining two different parts of the argument.
My main argument is the one I made in the post: taken together, Trump is governing like he believes civil rights have treated white people “very badly.”
Nope, I'm attacking your federal DEI point specifically. You complain Trump ended federal DEI programs. Your own numbers show Black workers are already significantly overrepresented federally, so it doesnt matter that the government ended them because they are not needed.
The rest of your post is irrelevant. As stated in other threads with you, I only expose bad facts or twisted narratives...and yours is surrounding the federal workforce.
Throwout the federal DEI point then. The laundry list is still valid, and shortened even, and the argument is sound.
why did I use that number? let's see how much you been following my argument? What argument was I supporting with that claim? Big picture now, Not KKK think, Go!
