Nope, I'm attacking your federal DEI point specifically. You complain Trump ended federal DEI programs. Your own numbers show Black workers are already significantly overrepresented federally, so it doesnt matter that the government ended them because they are not needed.

The rest of your post is irrelevant. As stated in other threads with you, I only expose bad facts or twisted narratives...and yours is surrounding the federal workforce.

Throwout the federal DEI point then. The laundry list is still valid, and shortened even, and the argument is sound.

Thank you! I don't really care about the rest. My point has remained that if federal workers are overrepresented, then they dont need DEI stuff. Private sector, keep/pay for it if they want too.
