Binance is not a peer you link to, they select their peers. If you truly want a Bin channel, go through their support, but set expectations low. For FF, have you checked if the node has been claimed on amboss? If they do, they usually have contact details.
From what I can it support large_channels, and neither advertises option_will_fund nor a fixed htlc_minimum. What happens if you simply open a channel to fixedfloat? Do you get any output/error?
