Weird dynamic to bid/downzap for predictable rewards. _ugh_, I dunno

Now I know how to dethrone den.

But in seriousness, it is a problem. If you use `TOP` sorted by `sats` for the week the posts that make it into the newsletter can certainly be gamed. And it would be somewhat annoying to have to manually compare against downzapped to see if any posts were being pushed off the list. 

Easiest solution for now is to be aware that it can happen, but still use `TOP - sats` to sort. I font often see ~BooksAndArticles posts downzapped.
