In Brazil it is hapenning already, and it is scary. The government will be able to see for who you are sending your money, where this money came from, takes automatic % tax from it, just like shitcoins. Imagine paying 10% fee in a simple transaction to pay a coffe, plus all the taxes the coffe shop owner have to pay already.
