First of all, I do not actually know how to build a SeedSigner with a Raspberry Pi Zero. Also, for me, buying a Ledger is currently cheaper, simpler, and more predictable than putting together a SeedSigner from parts. That said, if I knew exactly how to build one, I would probably try it as an experiment.
